Big Greg is Hip-Hop personified. A 28 year radio veteran originally from the birthplace of Hip Hop the Bronx, New York. Greg has built a legendary career behind the mic. He earned his degree in Communications Broadcasting from the University of Dayton, along with double minors in Criminal Justice and Psychology, giving him both the skill and insight to connect with audiences on every level.

Greg first made his name creating mixtapes for both signed and independent artists before dominating the airwaves in Cincinnati and eventually rising to become one of Detroit’s most recognized and influential Hip Hop voices over the past 19 years.

Throughout his career, Big Greg has partnered with major brands including Heineken, Hennessy, Detroit Medical Center, McDonald’s, AT&T, Caesars Sportsbook, Quicken Loans and many more. Known for leading Detroit’s only live and local urban morning show for five years, Greg delivered bold, entertaining and culturally driven radio mixing music, conversation, and community focused content that kept listeners locked in.

Now, Big Greg brings his experience, energy and unmistakable presence to 107.1 The Beat, continuing his legacy as one of the city’s true Hip Hop authorities and a powerful voice on Detroit radio.
